Is The Vince Vegas Sign-Up Offer Any Good?

Vince Vegas has a solid, if unspectacular sign-up bonus, with a bet £10 - get £30 in free bets offer for new customers, but how does this promotion compare with other bookmakers’ bonuses?

In terms of initial outlay, Vince Vegas’s offer matches the majority of popular bookmaker sign-up offers out there, with players required to deposit a minimum of £10, while the minimum odds requirement is also aligned with the vast majority of bonuses, with odds of 1.5 or 1/2 needed to qualify.

There is a simple 1x turnover requirement on the free bets, which stops players from being able to simply withdraw the funds and is standard practice.

The maximum bonus of £30 in free bets, is once again in line with many bookmaker promotions. Some bookmakers such as Betfred and BetVictor offer more in free bets and/or free spins, but betting requirements are higher, with odds of 2.00 or Evens required for bets to qualify.

Vince Vegas offers a good bonus, with straightforward terms and is an easy option for players looking for a simple, effective sign-up bonus, without having to jump through too many hoops.

Ongoing Vince Vegas Customer Promotions

Along with their sign-up offer, there are plenty of promotions for ongoing customers, so whether you are a sportsbook or casino player, there will always be a range of daily and weekly promotions available to you. Check out a few of the best ongoing offers below and remember to check the promotions tabs at Vince Vegas.

Loyalty Scheme / Rewards Store

Vince Vegas’s loyalty system will be familiar to those who have used other Progress Play websites such as Monster Casino or MrRex, with all players automatically enrolled on the loyalty scheme.

Playing games and wagering earns players loyalty points, with differing amounts dependent on game type and size of bets made, with points accrued automatically by Vince Vegas.

To add an incentivised “gaming” aspect to the service, Vince Vegas provides “missions” to players, with these missions asking players to hit specific goals, which when completed, reward players with bonus points. There can be a wide range of requirements to complete missions, with goals such as depositing a certain amount, playing a specific type of game, or even achieving a bonus function on a particular slot all available and more.

To further incentivize players, a levelling system and leaderboard see players climbing up the rankings, with further bonuses and features available as a player rises through the levels.

Players can exchange points earned in the rewards store, with bonus funds, free spins or better deposit offers among the available options to users.

Overall Vince Vegas’s loyalty scheme offers a great incentive to players, no matter the size of their bankroll. Those looking for similar loyalty schemes can check out Monster Casino, 32Red and MrRex

Vince Vegas Sportsbook Promotions

  • Free Bet Mondays

Let’s face it, Mondays are not the greatest! However, that may well change with Vince Vegas’s Free Bet Monday promotion, which might just give the first day of the week a gentle nudge in the right direction!

On every Monday between the hours of 00:00 to 23:59, Vince Vegas players using promo code: FMB, can deposit and bet £50, to receive £20 as a free bet.

Once a player has placed bets at odds of 2.00 or Evens to the value of £50, players will then automatically receive the £20 free bet bonus in their Vince Vegas account.

A minor issue is the maximum winnings players can claim using their free bet, with a maximum of £200 credited to the account, from a winning free bet, which is a little disappointing.

  • 10% CashBack Up To £50 On Specified Markets

For weekend punters, football and tennis fans, Vince Vegas has a cashback offer for those looking to bet on their favourite sport.

Simply deposit a minimum of £10 using the respective promo code listed below and place bets on that sport, to receive 10% of all losses as cashback, to a maximum of £500.

    Betting Features At Vince Vegas

The Vince Vegas sportsbook is a little more streamlined when compared to other services, but check out some of the betting features available to players.

    • In-Play Betting

Vince Vegas has a good selection of in-play markets overall, with the focus mainly on football and tennis, although markets for eSports, ice hockey and more are also available, to give players plenty of options when it comes to in-play betting.

    • Cash-Out

Although the cash-out feature is a staple of many bookmaking sites, Vince Vegas’s cash-out options are as good as any sportsbook's, offering the ability to do so on all pre-match selections and for the majority of in-play markets too, which isn’t always the case with bigger brand operators.

    • Partial Cash-Out

Vince Vegas’s sportsbook also offers partial cash-out to players, which is a great extra feature for players looking to free up potential winnings for another betting market.

If your selection is winning, you can click the cash-out button and via a pop-up slider, select the amount you wish to cash out and how much of the potential winnings you wish to leave on the current bet.

This is one of Vince Vegas’s top features and something that many top bookmaker brands fail to do, so the extra option for players is greatly welcomed.

How Good Are The Vince Vegas Website/Apps To Use?

    • Website

Past users of Progress Play websites such as MrRex, BritainBet or Monster Casino will be greeted with a familiar layout, matching those sites in style and functions available.

    • Initial impression

A slightly obtrusive bonus offer tends to greet players who visit or log in to the site, but a brief scroll down the page brings users to the meat and potatoes of the website, its sportsbook. At first glance, the page looks a little busy, with a random, live football match presented in the middle of the screen and other live matches on the left side. However, any confusion dissipates thanks to an intuitive menu system.

    • Navigation

Logged-in players can find plenty of account options on the left side of the screen, including account management, cashier options, rewards bonuses and customer support. This menu can be minimised to allow more screen space for events and markets.

On the betting screen, logos, for individual sports can be expanded to show more detail or kept out of the way, as is done with the account menu, continuing the customised experience for players. Sports are split between live and pre-match sections, with players able to dig down deeper within each sport, to pinpoint specific leagues, tournaments or match events.

    • Placing Bets

Placing bets is without issue and very straightforward, with bet selections appearing instantly on the bet slip to the right, while a drop-down menu on the slip offers single, multiple, system and chain betting options, which are dependent on the number of selections made.

Similarly to the MrRex website, Vince Vegas has recently undergone an upgrade behind the scenes and it's fair to say that the website is much improved over its previous incarnation, which is great for players looking to join.

Vince Vegas homescreen on laptop displaying an in play football match and markets

Vince Vegas home screen on desktop, displaying an in-play game and markets

    • Mobile App/Browser

Vince Vegas does not have a dedicated iOS or Android app, which is generally the case with Progress Play sportsbooks and casino sites, however, thanks to the recent update to the site, its functionality via a mobile browser has vastly improved and is, in general, a much better user experience.

    • Navigation

There is little difference in terms of menus and functionality, with quick access to player account options, rewards and the cashier too. The response time of the site is much better too, compared to its previous incarnation, although there is still the odd delay when the page is being populated, which could be teething problems or general issues that happened during my playtime.

    • Placing Bets

Placing a bet is less intuitive and seems to have an irritating design flaw in my opinion, as once a player has made a selection, the betslip appears at the end of all available markets within that match, as opposed to either appearing as a separate window or as a quick access point.

This becomes a problem if a game has 200 markets! as players will need to scroll through all 200 markets after making a selection, to get to their betslip. This is not ideal and hopefully gets rectified soon, as it seems to be a superfluous step to have to take to place a bet.

Despite that issue, the mobile app has, thanks to the behind-the-scenes update, improved immensely, but there is room for further improvement and hopefully, Progress Play can continue the improvements looking ahead.

    Live Stream / Virtual Feed

    Watching Sports

Vince Vegas, like its sister sites, does not host any live streaming of sports, which is a bit of a letdown for potential customers, especially with it becoming more commonplace on other websites. It could be a real issue for users.

If you are looking for live sports streams, then the bigger bookmakers such as bet365 and Betway can fill that need, with everything from football to tennis shown live.

    Live Feed

Vince Vegas does provide a live virtual feed of ongoing games and matches, however, this is extremely basic, with little in the way of animation and main statistics such as shots on target, possession percentage and cards.

For more in-depth coverage of live games, the likes of Betfair or Sky Bet, with more detailed visualisation, including ball position and flow of possession. Vince Vegas does enough, but alongside the lack of live streaming, it's a somewhat disappointing feature.

In play display and stats plus betting markets list for Ukrainian football match

The in-play visualisation isn't the best, but adequate for most players needs

      How Is The Betting Experience?

In general, Vince Vegas offers a good sportsbook for players, featuring around 3000 sports and event betting markets each day, with a major focus on football, tennis and rugby. Offering lots of markets is great, but how does the day-to-day betting experience feel?

      • Navigation

Navigating to a particular sport or event is very straightforward, with players able to switch between live and pre-game markets, before selecting a sport. Once a sport has been selected, a drop-down menu will appear, providing further options, with events separated by country and then competitions. Drilling down to a relevant market is easy enough, although the sheer amount of football options available can lead to the odd misclick.

      • Useful Options

For those wanting to dive straight in, a dashboard feature highlights the big upcoming games of the day, alongside current live events that may be of interest. A search feature is also available for players to use, with sports, competitions, teams or player searches showing any available markets that are attributed to the search and a handy feature for quick access to markets.

A sporting diary and results centre are useful features for players, saving users the need to navigate to another website for further information.

      • Placing A Bet

Once players have found the market they wish to bet on, making selections is straightforward, with choices immediately added to the bet slip on the right-hand side, while a drop-down menu on the betslip, offers single, multiple, system and chain bet options, depending on the number of selections chosen.

At all times, odds are provided for prospective bets and updated as selections are added/removed.

      Horse Racing Betting

Horse racing on Vince Vegas is extremely limited, with Progress Play continuing to only offer American racing events on their sportsbook sites. There are no UK & Ireland markets, nor markets for any other racing territory, which could be a major problem for prospective players.

American markets offer basic amenities, with win, place, forecast and tricast options, while system bets such as accumulators can be made. A lack of ante-post pricing is another major stumbling block too.

The lack of UK & Irish racing markets for a sportsbook that is aimed at UK customers is baffling, considering how popular the sport is here, but unfortunately, this does not look likely to change anytime soon.

If horse racing matters to you, check out our comprehensive list and guide to Horse Racing Betting Sites.

      Football Betting

Unlike its disappointing horse racing coverage, Vince Vegas excels when it comes to football betting, with over 100 markets, covering national leagues and cups, continental action and internationals too.

As expected, Vince Vegas has shortcuts to the bigger leagues and tournaments, so finding Champions League or Premier League fixtures is straightforward, whereas those looking for less popular contests, will have to search a little more, either drilling down into the football sub-menus or searching for a specific club or league. Despite the disparity in accessibility, if a football match is being played, chances are the user will find markets at Vince Vegas.

Matches from popular markets such as the Premier League or La Liga have over 400+ markets available per match, including fan favourites such as First To Score and Correct Score, through to Asian Handicap markets.

Vince Vegas offers a great football betting service, with over 400 markets on the bigger matches

Vince Vegas does not have a bet builder available, which is a bit of a shame, but selections can still be added to an accumulator selection, while combo bets (team to win and over/under) are available also. However, if a bet builder option is a pre-requisite for you, then check out our Top 10 Bets Bet Builder sites list, for more options.

All football markets feature in-play betting too, although the number of markets available can fluctuate depending on how popular the game is likely to be. So a Premier League game will have more in-play options than a Bhutan Premier League match for instance.

Although those smaller leagues do tend to have fewer markets, all games do have cash-out and partial cash-out options, along with in-play cash-out too, which is a great feature to have.

Vince Vegas offers strong football coverage for players and has an impressive range of markets, while in-play cashout is a major plus point.

For more football betting sites, check out our Best Football Betting Sites list and ultimate guide.

      eSports And Other Markets

Vince Vegas provides good betting coverage of esports events, with around ten games covered, including Call Of Duty, League Of Legends, Starcraft 2, e-Football and DOTA 2.

Outright markets and individual map/round results can be bet upon, along with some handicap markets, dependent on the event itself, while a few in-play markets can be available depending on the game in question, although a lack of streaming does hinder an otherwise solid esports market.

On the cutting edge of esports betting? Check out our 25 Best Esports Betting Sites.

Overall sports coverage is very good at Vince Vegas, with American sports, darts, rugby and motor racing among the more popular events and the likes of surfing and water polo also getting their “day in the sun” on the sportsbook.

Away from sporting events, Vince Vegas includes political markets, which usually cover elections around the globe and the odd specialized market, based around TV and film, with the next James Bond, one of the more interesting markets on offer.

What Is The PayOut Margin At Vince Vegas?

Vince Vegas offers a comprehensive sportsbook offering, with plenty of markets and features available, but how does it compare, when it comes to the payout margin, against its peers?

Using a midweek Premier League fixture as a reference, I calculated and compared the margin on a three-way market, to see where Vince Vegas ranks in comparison to other sites.

      BookmakerPayout Margin

      Rhino Bet

      94.32%
      Vince Vegas93.48%
      bet365

      93.48%

      Sky Bet93.45%

As seen in the above table, Vince Vegas sits favourably amongst its peers when it comes to payout margin, matching bet365 and just ahead of Sky Bet. Even taking into account fluctuating odds, Vince Vegas looks like a very good option for punters.

Does Vince Vegas Offer Casino Games?

        • Slots

Along with the sportsbook service, Vince Vegas casino is a big part of the gaming experience, hosting over 2000+ slot titles alone, including plenty of favourites, such as Slashimi, Super Lion, Rise Of Olympus and many more.

Progressive jackpots are a major part of the slots on offer at Vince Vegas, with over 75 jackpot games to play and big cash prizes to be won. These jackpots are linked across Progress Play’s suite of betting and casino sites, with players from any of those, able to win the jackpot.

Like other Progress Play sites, Vince Vegas casino does not host exclusive slot games, but with the sheer number of games on offer to customers, players are bound to find a game that takes their fancy.

        • Scratch and Casual Games

The casual game section plays host to scratch games, along with games based around pachinko and bingo. In total, there are over 150 games to choose from and some feature big cash prizes, including Scratch Gold which has a whopping £300,000 jackpot!

As is the case with Progress Play casino sites, all slots and casual games can be played in demo modes, offering players a chance to try a game without risking real funds, which is always appreciated as an option.

Vince Vegas slots list showing the first 16 selections including Poseidons Rising and Starburst

Vince Vegas slots menu offers plenty of well known favourites!

        • Table Games

In terms of table games, the range available is a little limited compared to its slot offerings, with around 40 or more options, covering all the regulars, such as Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat, along with solitaire and poker options.

The majority of games can be played at low stakes, with a minimum wager of 20p available on Roulette, which is great for low-level players, although a lack of other games is a little disappointing, with no Sic Bo, Bac Bo or Anhar Bahar options.

Although the number of table games is far from ideal, Vince Vegas does seem to be following a precedent set by a lot of casino brands, where the focus is going away from table games, to live games.

Table games menu listing the first 16 games including Monopoly Big Spin and Auto Roulette

Table games are good, although more of a variety would have been good for players

        • Live Casino

Vince Vegas’s live casino section plays host to around 25 live casino and gameshows overall, with a solid variety of options available.

Games such as Baccarat, Craps, Blackjack, Texas Hold Em and Roulette feature, but once again, there is little variant away from these games.

In terms of “gameshow” options, the choices are a little thin on the ground, compared to 32Red for instance, with Dream Catcher and Adventures Beyond Wonderland the standout titles, while fan favourites such as Monopoly Live and Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt are noticeable by their absence.

Vince Vegas’s live casino options should suffice, but for those looking for a bit more variety, 32Red or Duelz offer a far greater number of options to users.

Withdrawals can take between 1-6 days to process, which is slower than more established sites such as LeoVegas or Betfair.

Unfortunately, all withdrawals are subject to a 1% processing fee, to a maximum of £3:00. This is partly down to Vince Vegas using a third party to process payments and passing on the fees to the player.

Players need to consider this when making withdrawals to their account, as continuous small withdrawals will eventually add up to a significant amount.

How Good Is The Customer Service?

Vince Vegas has three levels of help and assistance available to customers.

A help guide offers plenty of answers to relatively straightforward questions that new customers may feel the need to ask, while subsequent information can be found across a wide range of subjects under various headings at the bottom of the page.

If that information isn’t enough, players can use the available web chat, which is available 24/7. I tested this option twice and both times had little waiting time and received a courteous and useful response.

For further inquiries, contact can also be made via email, via a contact sheet, with players asked to fill out details and provide information about the query itself. Depending on the time of the week, this can vary in response time, but I received a response within 24 hours and was happy with the outcome.
