WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION
1. This promotion is available to New Customers registering between 00:00 on 25/08/2023 – 23:59 31/12/2024. If we decide to withdraw this promotion it will not impact any players who have already started transacting under this promotion.
2. This offer is only available to new customers residing in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, registering with the promo code NEWWELCOME60
3. This promotion can only be used once per household, shared computer or shared IP address. In the event of a customer opening more than one account to claim multiple offers we reserve the right to suspend/close duplicate accounts and void any winnings. Betzone reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION
4. To claim the 50% back as a Free Bet offer, you must register with the promo code NEWWELCOME60, deposit funds, and place at least 3 bets of £10 or more within the first 3 calendar days of opening an account with us.
5. The following criteria apply to qualifying bets:
a. Qualifying bets must be placed on events that start and end on the same day the bets are placed. Bets placed on future events, even if the event will start and conclude within the initial 3-days post-registration, will not count towards the promotion.
b. The ‘3 calendar days’ are defined as the period from registration until 23:59:59 (UK time) on the third day. If you reach £120 in net losses at the end of the first or second calendar day after registration, the free bet will be awarded to you on the following day.
c. Qualifying bets must be evens (2.00) or above.
d. Only one qualifying bet per event is eligible for this promotion.
e. Qualifying bets placed on horse-racing must be placed after 9am of the day of the event.
f. Qualifying bets can be placed across different events.
g. For any bet with multiple selections, each individual selection of the bet must be at odds of evens or greater to be deemed a qualifying bet.
h. Qualifying bets must be settled on the same day there were placed; cashed out, partially cashed out, voided or half-won/half-lost bets will not count.
i. Qualifying bets must be made of real money.
j. Qualifying bets must be Win-only; other bet types, including each-way bets, will not count towards the promotion.
k. Qualifying bets placed on Price Boost or Specials, will not count towards the promotion.
l. Bets on Virtual Sports do not count towards the promotion.
6. Your Free Bet will be calculated on your net losses over the ‘first 3 calendar days’ of betting. For example, if you have 10x£10 bets that are all losers, you will qualify for £50 in free bets after the qualifying period.

USING FREE BETS
7. Your Free Bet will be credited to your account within 24 hours after the end of your 3-day promotional window or 24 hours after the day you reach net losses of £120, whichever comes first.
8. The minimum Free Bet is £1, and the maximum is £60.
9. Your Free Bet must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited to your account. Day 1 is defined as the day the Free Bet is credited, and it must be used by the end of the seventh day.
10. Your Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
11. Your Free Bet must be placed on single selections above evens. Free bet accumulators are NOT allowed.
12. The value of your Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.
13. Your Free Bet cannot be used in conjunction with any other Betzone promotion.
14. The maximum winnings from any Free Bet is £500.

IMPORTANT TERMS
15. Betzone reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders in accordance with safer gambling requirements, legal and/or regulatory reasons, eligibility, promotion abuse and internal trading risk policies at its reasonable discretion and without prior notice. We will not be responsible should these restrictions affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
16. If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us (for a reason not listed in the T&Cs), we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the bonuses available.
17. Patterns of betting that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions will result in the customer having offers removed. Examples of what Betzone consider to be promotional abuse include but are not limited to:
a. Using multiple accounts to claim multiple promotional offers.
b. VPN or IP address masking.
c. Bonus stacking.
d. Exploiting table games to meet wagering requirements.
e. Opposite Betting.
f. Low or Zero Risk Bets.
g. Chip Dumping.
h. Player/Account Collusion.
i. Gaming the Rules.
We reserve the right to analyse all patterns of betting to determine whether a player is attempting to game the system by whatever means.
