1. How to Claim
1.1. The promotion is available to eligible customers who log in to an existing account or register a new account during the applicable promotional period.

1.2. The promotion will be granted automatically upon login or registration of an eligible account.

1.3. Customers do not need to manually opt in to the promotion once it has been granted to their account.

1.4. The promotion must be granted to the customer’s account before qualifying bets are placed for those bets to count towards the promotion.

2. How to Qualify
2.1. Once the promotion has been granted, customers must place a cumulative total of £100 in qualifying settled sports bets during the applicable promotional day.

2.2. Only settled qualifying bets will count towards the £100 qualifying total. Bets that remain unsettled at the end of the promotional day will not count towards that day’s requirement.

2.3. Qualifying stakes are cumulative. Customers do not need to place a single £100 bet.

2.4. Once a customer has accumulated £100 in qualifying settled stakes, they will qualify for one £10 free bet.

2.5. The promotion can be completed only once per promotional day.

2.6. Stakes placed before 00:00:01 on the applicable promotional day or after 23:59:59 will not count towards that day’s qualifying total.

2.7. Only qualifying bets placed and settled during the applicable promotional day will contribute towards that day’s £100 qualifying total.

3. Qualifying Bets
3.1. Qualifying bets must be placed on eligible pre-live sports betting markets available on the sportsbook.

3.2. To count towards the £100 qualifying total, each qualifying bet must meet one of the following requirements:

a) A single bet with minimum decimal odds of 3.00 (2/1); or

b) An accumulator with minimum combined decimal odds of 3.00 (2/1), with each individual selection having minimum decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2).

3.3. All qualifying bets must be placed pre-live. Bets placed after the relevant event has started will not count towards the £100 qualifying total.

3.4. Qualifying stakes are cumulative, provided each bet individually meets the requirements in Clause 3.2.

3.5. Free-bet stakes, bonus funds, promotional credits and other non-cash stakes do not count towards the £100 qualifying total.

3.6. Cancelled, voided or fully refunded bets do not count towards the qualifying total.

3.7. Bets that are fully or partially Cashed Out will not count towards the £100 qualifying requirement to the extent that the stake is subject to Cash Out.

3.8. Only the qualifying stake actually placed will count towards the £100 requirement, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Award of the £10 Free Bet
4.1. Once the customer has accumulated £100 in qualifying settled stakes during a promotional day, the qualifying requirement for that day will be completed.

4.2. The customer will receive one £10 free bet for completing the qualifying requirement.

4.3. The £10 free bet will normally be credited after the qualifying requirement has been completed and the relevant qualifying bets have been fully settled and recorded by the sportsbook.

4.4. The promotion can only award one £10 free bet per customer per promotional day.

4.5. Completing the £100 qualifying requirement more than once on the same day will not result in additional £10 free bets.

5. Using the £10 Free Bet
5.1. The £10 free bet must be placed on an accumulator containing a minimum of 3 selections.

5.2. Each individual selection on the accumulator must have minimum decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2) at the time the bet is placed.

5.3. The accumulator must have maximum combined decimal odds of 21.00 (20/1).

5.4. For the avoidance of doubt, combined odds of exactly 21.00 (20/1) are permitted.

5.5. The £10 free bet stake is not returned as part of any winnings. Only the winnings generated from the free bet will be paid.

5.6. For example, a £10 free bet placed at combined odds of 10.00 would result in £90 in winnings being paid, with the original £10 free-bet stake being withheld.

5.7. There is no wagering requirement attached to winnings generated from the £10 free bet.

5.8. The £10 free bet cannot be exchanged for cash or account balance and must be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.9. The £10 free bet must be used on the same promotional day on which it is granted. Any unused free bet will automatically expire at 23:59:59 on that day and will not be reissued.

6. Promotional Availability
6.1. The promotion is available Monday to Thursday, inclusive, during the applicable promotional period.

6.2. The promotional day runs from 00:00:01 to 23:59:59.

6.3. The promotion is available once per customer per promotional day.

6.4. Customers can qualify for one £10 free bet per promotional day by completing the £100 qualifying settled stake requirement.

6.5. The promotion and any qualifying stakes cannot be carried over from one promotional day to another.

6.6. Any qualifying stakes accumulated during a promotional day that do not reach the required £100 by 23:59:59, including bets that remain unsettled, will expire and will not count towards the following day’s qualifying requirement.

6.7. A new £100 qualifying requirement applies on each promotional day.

6.8. No £10 free bet will be awarded for qualifying activity on Friday, Saturday or Sunday unless the promotion is specifically extended to those days.

7. Eligibility and Restrictions
7.1. To be eligible for this promotion, customers must be opted in to receive marketing communications from 36 Vegas by both email and SMS. Customers who are not opted in to both channels will not qualify for the promotion.

7.2. References in these Terms and Conditions to an “opted-in” customer mean a customer who is opted in to receive marketing communications by both email and SMS.

7.3. Marketing opt-in status will be checked at the point the promotion is granted and again at the point the £10 free bet is awarded. Customers must be opted in to both email and SMS marketing at both points in order to receive the free bet.

7.4. If a customer opts out of email or SMS marketing during a promotional day, they will cease to be eligible for that day’s £10 free bet from the point the opt-out takes effect. Qualifying stakes accumulated before that point will not be carried over or converted into any alternative reward.

7.5. Marketing preferences can be updated at any time under My Account → Communication Preferences. Opting out of marketing does not affect a customer’s ability to use their account or place bets; it affects eligibility for this promotion only.

7.6. Customers who are self-excluded, excluded, restricted from promotional offers or otherwise ineligible are not eligible for the promotion.

7.7. We may restrict or withdraw promotional eligibility where reasonably necessary for legal or regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, prevention of promotional abuse, technical errors, account security or responsible-gambling reasons.

7.8. Where multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, collusion or other deliberate methods are used to obtain promotional benefits to which the customer is not entitled, promotional eligibility may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable account Terms and Conditions.

7.9. Only genuine bets placed from the customer’s own account using permitted funds will qualify.

7.10. All participation remains subject to the applicable sportsbook Terms and Conditions.

8. General
8.1. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, account balance, casino bonus funds or any other promotional reward.

8.2. All bets remain subject to the applicable sportsbook Terms and Conditions.

8.3. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, including incorrectly applied promotional odds, where permitted by applicable law and regulatory requirements.

1. How Acca Insurance Works
1.1. Place a qualifying pre-live accumulator containing five or more selections, with each individual selection having decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater at the time the bet is accepted.

1.2. If exactly one selection loses, and all other selections are settled as winners, you will receive the qualifying stake back as one free bet, up to a maximum value of £10.

1.3. If two or more selections lose, the accumulator does not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued.

1.4. If all selections win, the accumulator settles normally and no Acca Insurance free bet is awarded.

1.5. If the qualifying accumulator does not meet all promotional requirements, no Acca Insurance free bet will be issued.

1.6. The maximum Acca Insurance free bet is £10. If the qualifying stake is less than £10, the free bet will be equal to the qualifying stake.

1.7. If the qualifying stake is £10 or more, the maximum free bet awarded will be £10.

2. Qualifying Accumulator
2.1. The qualifying accumulator must be placed pre-live, before the relevant events have started.

2.2. The accumulator must contain at least five selections.

2.3. Each selection must have minimum decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater at the time the bet is accepted.

2.4. The qualifying accumulator must be placed using eligible real-money funds. Free bets, bonus funds and promotional credits do not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.5. Only genuine bets placed from the customer’s own account will qualify.

3. Settlement, Cash Out, Cancelled or Void Selections
3.1. The Acca Insurance free bet will only be awarded once all selections in the qualifying accumulator have been fully settled.

3.2. A selection that is cancelled or void does not count as either a winning or losing selection for the purpose of determining whether the accumulator qualifies for Acca Insurance.

3.3. If any selection within the qualifying accumulator is cancelled or void, the accumulator will not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued, regardless of the final outcome or any revised odds.

3.4. An accumulator containing exactly one losing selection will qualify only where all other selections have been settled as winners, no selection has been cancelled or void, the accumulator has not been Cashed Out, and all other promotional requirements have been met.

3.5. An accumulator containing two or more losing selections will not qualify for Acca Insurance, regardless of the number of winning selections.

3.6. An accumulator that is fully or partially Cashed Out will not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued.

3.7. Cash Out values do not constitute settlement of the accumulator for the purposes of this promotion.

3.8. Where a selection is cancelled or void and the accumulator is subsequently settled at revised odds in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules, the accumulator will remain ineligible for Acca Insurance.

3.9. The qualifying accumulator must be fully settled on the same day that the Acca Insurance promotion is granted to the customer.

3.10. If any selection remains unsettled at 23:59:59 on the day the promotion is granted, the accumulator will not qualify for Acca Insurance and no free bet will be issued.

4. The £10 Free Bet
4.1. Where all qualifying conditions are met, the qualifying stake will be returned as one free bet, up to a maximum value of £10.

4.2. The free bet will be credited once all selections in the qualifying accumulator have been fully settled and the qualifying outcome has been confirmed.

4.3. The free bet must be used within 24 hours of the time it is credited to the customer’s account.

4.4. Any free bet not used within the 24-hour validity period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

4.5. Expired or forfeited free bets will not be reissued.

4.6. The free bet must be used on a pre-live accumulator containing three or more selections.

4.7. The free-bet accumulator must have combined decimal odds of no more than 21.00 (20/1).

4.8. Every individual selection within the free-bet accumulator must have minimum decimal odds of 1.50 (1/2) or greater at the time the bet is accepted.

4.9. The free bet may be used on any available eligible betting market, provided the resulting bet meets all requirements in these Terms and Conditions and is available to be placed as an accumulator.

4.10. The free bet can only be used on pre-live events.

4.11. The free bet cannot be exchanged for cash, casino bonus funds, account balance or any other promotional reward.

4.12. The free-bet stake is withheld from any winnings.

4.13. For example, a £10 free bet placed at combined odds of 10.00 would return £90 in winnings, excluding the £10 free-bet stake.

4.14. Winnings generated from the free bet are not subject to any further wagering requirement.

5. Promotional Availability
5.1. The promotion is available Monday to Thursday, from 00:00:01 to 23:59:59 on each promotional day, unless otherwise stated in the promotional communication.

5.2. The promotion can be claimed once per eligible customer per promotional day only.

5.3. The promotion is available to invited customers who have successfully opted in to the promotion.

5.4. The promotion cannot be claimed or used more than once during the same promotional day.

5.5. The promotion is available only during the applicable promotional day and cannot be carried forward, transferred or combined with another promotional day.

5.6. The qualifying accumulator must be fully settled on the same day that the promotion is granted, as set out in Clause 3.9.

5.7. A qualifying accumulator that remains unsettled at 23:59:59 on the day the promotion is granted will not qualify for Acca Insurance and cannot be carried over or combined with qualifying bets from a subsequent promotional day.

5.8. An Acca Insurance free bet awarded from a qualifying accumulator remains subject to the separate 24-hour expiry period set out in Section 4.

3. Eligible Events
3.1. Qualifying Bet Builder bet slips must be placed on eligible pre-live football matches from the following competitions:

5. Award of the £10 Free Bet

8.2. A new qualifying promotion may be granted on each eligible promotional day, provided the customer remains eligible and completes the applicable wagering requirements for that day.

8.3. Qualifying stakes and free bets associated with one promotional day do not carry over to another promotional day unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional communication.

8.4.
