1. Promotion Overview

• From 1 March 2026, Meta Betting offers eligible customers 5% cashback on their net losses incurred during each calendar month.
• The first cashback payment will be credited in respect of activity from April 2026.
• This promotion replaces the Meta Betting Club offer.
• Cashback will be credited as real, withdrawable cash.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Customers
The promotion is available to all registered Metabetting customers who:

• Are aged 18 or over
• Hold a fully verified account (KYC completed)
• Are not self-excluded or subject to a play break
• Are not subject to account restrictions or ongoing compliance investigations
• Have an account status of Active

2.2 Operator Discretion
Metabetting reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withhold, restrict, or cancel this offer from any account holder in accordance with its:

2.3 Account Rules
Only one account per customer is permitted.

Only one account per household is permitted.

Multiple accounts will result in disqualification from the promotion.

3. Qualifying Period

3.1 The qualifying period runs from:

00:00 on the first day of each calendar month
to
23:59 on the final day of the same calendar month (GMT).

3.2 Only bets settled within the relevant calendar month will count toward that month’s cashback calculation.

3.3 Bets placed in one month but settled in another month will count toward the month in which they are settled.

4. Eligible Bets

4.1 Only settled cash bets qualify for this promotion.

4.2 The following do not qualify:

• Bonus bets
• Free bets
• Stake-return bonuses
• Any other promotional funds
• Void or cancelled bets

4.3 Cash-out returns will be included in total returns for the purposes of calculating net losses.

4.4 This promotion applies to Sportsbook bets only.

5. Net Loss Calculation

5.1 Net losses are calculated as:

Total Cash Stakes – Total Cash Returns = Net Loss

5.2 If a customer’s net loss for the calendar month is less than £100, no cashback will be awarded.

5.3 Cashback is calculated as 5% of the qualifying net loss.

Example

Customer stakes £1,000 in cash bets

Customer receives £500 in total cash returns

Net Loss = £500

Cashback = 5% of £500 = £25

6. Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum cashback amount payable is £5.

If 5% of net losses is less than £5, no cashback will be credited.

The maximum cashback payable per customer per calendar month is £1,000.

7. Payment of Cashback

7.1 Eligible customers will receive their cashback within 24 hours of the end of the relevant calendar month.

7.2 Cashback will be credited as withdrawable cash with no wagering requirements.

7.3 Cashback does not expire once credited.

8. Promotion Restrictions

8.1 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, bonus, or offer unless expressly stated.

8.2 Cashback is awarded once per customer per calendar month.

8.3 Customers who attempt to abuse the promotion may have cashback withheld and/or accounts restricted or closed. Abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Multi-accounting
• Collusive betting
• Arbitrage betting
• Manipulation of markets
• Artificial loss generation

9. Responsible Gambling

9.1 This promotion is not intended to encourage excessive gambling.

9.2 Customers are encouraged to use responsible gambling tools, including:

• Deposit limits
• Loss limits
• Reality checks
• Time-outs

9.3 Customers who are self-excluded or subject to responsible gambling restrictions during the qualifying month will not be eligible for cashback.

10. General

10.1 All Metabetting General Terms & Conditions apply.

10.2 Metabetting reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

10.3 In the event of any dispute, Metabetting’s decision is final.

Terms and Conditions

• The Acca Bonus only applies to winnings from the qualifying bet.
• Only cash bets will qualify for an Acca Bonus.
• Minimum odds are 1/2 (1.50) per selection.
• The maximum bonus is £1,000 per qualifying acca.
• To qualify, customers must place a winning four-fold or greater with at least four pre-match selections.
• If any selections are void or postponed, the Acca Bonus will still apply, but the bonus percentage will adjust to reflect the actual number of winning selections.
• Cashed out bets will not qualify for the Acca Bonus.
• The Acca Bonus will be credited automatically once all selections in the qualifying bet have been settled and the bet has been confirmed as a winner.
• The Acca Bonus is credited as cash and is withdrawable immediately.
• All selections within the accumulator must be from qualifying football competitions and qualifying markets.
• Accounts restricted, suspended, self-excluded, closed, or under investigation may be excluded from participation.
