What do I need to do to qualify for the welcome offer?

1. Create your Betano account.
2. Opt in to this promotion using the “Opt in” button before placing your qualifying bet.
   
3. Make your first deposit of £20 or more.
   
4. Place your qualifying* bet of £20 or more with real cash on any Horse Racing market (Odds 1/1+).
5. You must do this within 7 days of opening your account.

*Your qualifying bet will be your first bet placed after you opt in to the promotion that meets the above-mentioned requirements.
Cashed-out or partially cashed-out bets, void bets, boosts, special markets, enhanced prices, and bets placed with bonus funds will not count as qualifying bets.

Who can qualify?

• New Customers who are residents in the United Kingdom, and only one person per household.
• Each customer can only receive one Welcome Offer across any of our products (Sports/Casino). Any duplicate accounts held by the same person will not be eligible for the bonuses.

Rewards specific conditions:

The Free Bets: 

• can be used onset horse racing markets unless stated in the restrictions;
• bets should be used on markets with odds (2/1+) or higher;
• can be used as one whole bet or as a number of smaller bets;
• will only return profit exceeding your total stake; and
• must be placed separately from real cash bets.
• will expire 7 days*** after being credited if not used. 

***Bonus expiry is calculated from when the Free Bet is awarded to your account. For example, with a 3-day expiry, if the bonus is awarded on Sunday at 22:00, you will have until the following Wednesday at 22:00 to complete the bonus. Any unused funds will expire and be removed from your bonus balance.

How to use the Free Bets:

Add your bet to your betslip and toggle on “use bonus funds” before placing your bet.

• For customers betting in Euros the currency equivalent of £1 is €1. All other currencies will be calculated at current exchange rates.
• Customers are able to withdraw their real cash balance at any time without it affecting the qualification, award, prize or wagering for this promotion.
• Where a customer becomes restricted from placing sports bets on their account, they will still be entitled to complete any wagering required, or use any outstanding bonus funds awarded, as part of this promotion by contacting customer services.
• The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from any bonuses or concessions is £10,000 per day (00:00-23:59). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash.
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with the promotion.
• Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the free bet should be used on is cancelled, the free bet will be usable on any sports event.
