Using the Reward :

Free Bets:

Expiry:

Free Bets and Casino Bonus will expire 20 days after being awarded if not used.

Bonus expiry is to be calculated from when the Free Bet, Bonus or Free Spins or Ticket is awarded to your account. For example, with a 7 day expiry, if the bonus is awarded on Monday at 16:00, you will have until the following Monday at 16:00 to complete the bonus. Any unused funds will expire and be removed from your bonus balance.

Wagering Requirements:

Free Bets: There are no wagering requirements on the free bets.
Casino Bonus: You need to wager the bonus amount 40 times before you can withdraw any winnings (i.e. £10 x 30 = £300 of wagering).  
For example, if you bet £10 and win £15, then bet £10 again and win £10, you have wagered £20 (£10 bet + £10 bet) but you have won £25 (£15 + £10).  
So if you need to wager a total of £300 for the bonus, whatever you have left in your bonus balance after you have completed the wagering will turn into real cash and can be withdrawn.  
£10 Slots Bonus: 30 x the bonus value (i.e. 30 x £10 = £300). The maximum amount you can redeem from this bonus is £250.

The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from any bonuses or concessions is £10,000 per day (00:00-23:59 CET). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with the promotion.

Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the free bet should be used on is cancelled, the free bet will be usable on any sports event.
