Wagering requirements explained

Bonus money is free playing money, but it has a few strings attached. You can’t just withdraw it from your account. You need to wager it first. Let’s say that you get £100 bonus which has our standard 40x wagering requirement. That means you need to place a total of £4,000 in bets to wager your bonus. You don’t need to lose that money of course, that’s just how much you need to place in total bets. Once the wagering requirements have been fulfilled, the bonus is automatically converted into cash with which you can do as you please. Forfeiting a bonus and exclusion

You will always play with your cash funds first. Any active bonus will be used if you happen to lose your cash funds. Did you get lucky while playing with your cash funds? Then you can request a withdrawal, but only after forfeiting your active bonus. This can be done at any time. 1. The bonus terms and conditions apply to our deposit/reload bonuses, complementary spins, login bonuses and manual bonuses.
2. To be eligible for offers it is important to opt-in for both bonus and marketing.
3. To receive the 100 cash spins on Big Bass at the Races (at 10p per spin) it is required to either first select the welcome offer from the dropdown menu while making your first deposit, or to first claim the offer from the bonuses page under casino bonuses and then deposit & wager at least £10 on casino games before the free spins become available.
4. For other bonus offers the minimum required deposit amount is always displayed on your personal bonus page.
5. The maximum bonus available will be communicated in specific promotional offers.
6. Promotional offers and bonuses which have been forfeited cannot be newly awarded or otherwise reimbursed.

22. Masking IP or location is not allowed. We reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies (including but not limited to VPN, Proxy Servers etc).
23. This bonus contract, including the bonus terms and conditions, is not considered to be in force until such time as the player places their first wager using bonus funds. As long as the player is wagering using only deposited funds, no bonus restrictions shall apply.

Free Spins Terms and Conditions:

1. Winnings from free spins are granted as a bonus. The bonus must be wagered 10x before players can withdraw winnings or transfer money to the live casino unless stated otherwise.
2. The bonus won with free spins has a validity of 48 hours for the wagering requirements to be met.
3. Registered players who have never deposited before activating bonus spins and want to withdraw winnings gained by free spins need to withdraw a minimum amount of £40.
4. Registered players who have never deposited before activating free spins and want to withdraw winnings gained by these free spins are able to withdraw a maximum amount of £100. Any balance exceeding this amount will be removed from the account.

Cashback Terms and Conditions:

2. Cashback is calculated from the first completed deposit with no connected bonus. Future deposits are added to the balance and all future withdrawals will be deducted from the available cashback.
3. Cashback will become available for activation 24 hours after the first completed deposit, given that all deposits have been lost and there is no pending withdrawal.
