SPORTS WELCOME OFFER – Terms & Conditions

1. The following terms and conditions apply to the Sports Welcome Offer. Participation in this Promotion shall constitute your complete acceptance of the Terms below.
   
2. Promotion Period
   The Promotion runs from 14:00 UK Time on August 3, 2026, until further notice.
   
3. Eligibility
   New verified customers only.
   UK residents.
   Customers aged 18 years or over.
   Opt-In Requirement
   Customers must first opt-in to this promotion before making the qualifying bet within 7 days of your registration.
   
4. How to Qualify
   Min. deposit amount: £10 in a single transaction.
   Deposit method: Debit Card only.
   Min. stake amount: £10 with real money in one bet within 7 days of your registration.
   
5. Sports / All Sports
   Market: Any market (single or multiple / pre-match or in-play/live).
   Minimum odds: 1/1 (2.0).
   Bet state: Any.
   Non-Qualifying Bets
   Any bet that uses Cash Out, full or partial, Bet Boost, Enhanced Acca, Virtual Market, Special Market, or a bet placed with Bonus Funds will not count as a qualifying bet.
   
6. If any selection in the qualifying bet is abandoned, cancelled, returned or declared void, then the qualifying bet is not valid.
   
7. Free Bet Details
   The free bet amount shall be credited to your account after the settlement of your qualifying bets. In the case that there are multiple bets qualifying for this promotion, the free bets will be granted when the first one is settled.
   
8. Using Your Free Bets
   Upon settlement of your qualifying bet, three (3) Free Bet Tokens (Kick Off Tokens) with a total value of £30 will be credited to your account regardless of the outcome of your qualifying bet. The Free Bet Tokens must be used within 7 days of being awarded.
   
9. The three tokens are credited together as follows:
   Free bet value: £30 (3 x £10).
   Pro Token – £10 Acca – min odds 4.0 – min 4+ legs – min odds per selection 1.30
   Elite Token – £10 Acca – min odds 4.0 – min 4+ legs – min odds per selection 1.30
   Champion Token – £10 Acca – min odds 4.0 – min 4+ legs – min odds per selection 1.30
   
10. Using Your Free Bet
    If any of the initial Free Bet Tokens ("Kick Off Tokens") settles as a winning bet, you will be credited with one (1) £10 Free Bet Token ("Pro Token") after all Kick Off Tokens have expired.
    If the Pro Token settles as a winning bet, you will be credited with one (1) £10 Free Bet Token ("Elite Token") after the Pro Token has expired.
    If the Elite Token settles as a winning bet, you will be credited with one (1) £10 Free Bet Token ("Champion Token") after the Elite Token has expired.
    The Pro Token, Elite Token and Champion Token are subject to no minimum odds or minimum selection (leg) requirements.
    
11. Each Pro Token, Elite Token and Champion Token has a maximum payout of £100 and must be used within seven (7) days of being credited to your betting account.
    Free Bet Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
    
    General Terms
    By accepting and receiving the Free Bet, a client confirms to have read and agreed the promotion's terms and conditions.
    
    Free bet stakes will not be included in any returns from the free bet. Any returns from the free bet will be added to the customer's withdrawable balance.
    
    Cash Out is unavailable on bets placed using your free bets.
    
    If a bet placed using a free bet is void, provided it has not expired, it will be returned to the customer's balance for use within the qualifying period.
    
    The free bet cannot be transferred to Casino.
    
    This Welcome Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
    The Company reserves the right acting reasonably to withhold, restrict or cancel this offer from individual account holders in breach of these terms and conditions or in breach of our General Promotion Terms.

    Only one Welcome Offer may be claimed per customer. Customers may choose either the Sport Welcome Offer or the Casino Welcome Offer, but not both. If a customer opts in and qualifies for one of the offers, they will be automatically excluded from claiming the other.
    
    All Free Bets will expire within 7 days of being credited.
