Significant Conditions

1) The promotion runs from 00:00:00 (UK time) on Monday 6th April 2026 until 23:59:59 (UK time) on Thursday 31st December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2) The promotion is only available to new customers registering online for the first time in the United Kingdom in pound sterling, using the promo code R30. If you take part in the promotion, you will not be eligible for any other new customer promotion.

3) Once your account is registered, you must make a real money deposit of £10 or more and place a minimum £10 single bet using cash funds on any sports market (excluding Virtual Markets) at odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater using the William Hill website (williamhill.com) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (the “Qualifying Bet”).

4) This Promotion is not available to new accounts if deposits are made via PayPal, Neosurf, Paysafe, Apple Pay, NETELLER, Skrill, ecoPayz, Kalibra/Postpay or William Hill PLUS Card.

5) The Qualifying Bet must be made in a single stake. Named bet types, such as Trixies and Lucky 15 will not count as Qualifying Bets.

6) Qualifying Bets can only be made on sports markets (excluding “Virtual Markets” which means virtual horse racing, virtual greyhound racing, virtual football and any other virtual product(s) launched by William Hill from time to time).

7) Once the Qualifying Bet has settled, £30 of free bets (credited as 3 x £10 denominations – the “Free Bets”) will be credited to your account.

8) If you ‘cash out’ your Qualifying Bet or it is voided, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion.

9) The Free Bets:
a. will expire if not used within 7 days (the “Bonus Period”). Any Free Bet not redeemed before the end of the Bonus Period will be deleted.
b. can only be used once, on any sport market (excluding Virtual Markets);
c. are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash; and
d. should be redeemed at the full value of each Free Bet (i.e. £10) in one stake. Any portion of the Free Bet that is not staked will be voided.

10) Customers are entitled to a maximum of £30 in Free Bets under this promotion.

11) The promotion is not available in our shops or through our telebetting service or to existing William Hill customers who already have an online account.

How To Take Part

Once your account is registered, deposit £10 or more and place a minimum £10 bet using cash funds on any sports market (excluding virtual markets) at odds of 1/2 (1.5) or greater, on a single bet as your Qualifying Bet;

Free bet will be credited as 3 x £10 denominations into your account once the Qualifying Bet has settled.

General Terms and Conditions

1) We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to breach these terms and conditions. We define these types of play as the following:
using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);

taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus; and
purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.

2) If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair or if we suspect (acting reasonably) that you may participate in (or attempt to participate in) the abuse of this promotion or any bonuses connected to it, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
remove any winnings relating to any bonus.

3) William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you:
where you have breached these terms and conditions; or
at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.

place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or

materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.

4) Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

5) You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.

6) William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

7) We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for any other reason).

8) We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.

9) We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
