Kwiff is a funny name for a betting company, isn't it? So much so that when you talk about it with people, they think that half of the things you say are euphemisms.

Of course, in truth, there is nothing untoward about being 'kwiffed'. It's actually just a very cool feature on a betting site that is unique, to say the least.

I actually like the name Kwiff. It's certainly more interesting than just taking a random word or sequence of numbers and sticking 'bet' on the end of it.

And like I said, getting 'kwiffed' is fantastic.

But does it happen enough?

That's the issue, really. The unique selling point of this betting site is the fact that your odds can be 'supercharged' at any time, and when they aren't (it doesn't happen to all bets) you're not left with much else.

Yes, there are some promotions, and a decent selection of sports to bet on, but it's quite bare in comparison to some of the other top online bookmakers in the UK.

The excitement of the possibility of having your odds supercharged is what keeps you coming back for more.

If you like that extra buzz of chasing the bigger odds and can stomach the possibility of no boost whatsoever and therefore ending up with odds that in some cases aren't as good as you could get elsewhere, then you should consider registering with Kwiff.

Anything else worth writing home about?

Not really. If you strip away the kwiffing and supercharging or whatever you want to call it, it's a pretty bland betting site.

But, to be fair, that's all it needs to be. Kwiff knows its USP and they have no reason to confuse matters by introducing other complex tools.

Admittedly, it would be nice to see further payment options added besides debit cards, PayPal, ecoPayz and open banking, but this is not too much of an issue since most punters are happy to use PayPal.

Perhaps the addition of a bet builder or Asian handicap would be nice for the football offering too, or at least some more player props.

There is a dedicated in-play tab on the Kwiff site and also on the Kwiff app on mobile, which is probably the optimal device on which to place live wagers.
