1.1. The participation of customers in all Promotions offered on the Website and the use of all rewards, including but not limited to any “welcome” offers or Bonuses are subject to these Bonus Terms and Conditions, any campaign-specific terms and conditions applicable to different Promotions offered on the Website (“Promotion Rules”), our User Agreement, as well as any Policies and Terms incorporated therein by reference.

3.15. The above restrictions are in place to promote legal and other objectives, such as responsible gaming and prevent behaviours that encourage problem gaming, such as chasing losses or continuing to gamble beyond intended limits.

3.16. 4.2. “Bonus Abuse” shall mean any action in violation of these Bonus Terms and Conditions, our User Agreement, or any Policies and Terms incorporated therein by reference, when such action is intended to or can reasonably be expected to lead to any Player or a group of Players gaining an unfair and/or unintended advantage related to the use of our Promotions to the detriment of other Players or the Company, or otherwise, including but not limited to through engaging or attempting to engage in cooperation with other Players, circumventing or attempting to circumvent the applicable Promotion Rules in any other manner or form, utilizing a system (including machines, computers, software, or other automated systems) specifically designed to abuse our Promotions and attempting to withdraw Bonus Winnings, making use of an unfair advantage, intentionally disconnecting from a game while using the Services, including the use of automated players, or otherwise engaging in any fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity.

4.3. In order to prevent any commission of Prohibited Practices or other unlawful or fraudulent activity in relation to our Promotions or otherwise, we reserve the right to require a Player to provide sufficient documentation for the purpose of identification and, at our sole discretion, decide on the degree of certainty as to the Player’s identity before crediting any Bonus on their Account or as a part of the respective Promotion requirements.

5.1.
