This promotion grants one £10 Free Bet upon meeting the qualifying requirements.

• Minimum first deposit: £10 (only valid on the first-ever deposit).
• To qualify, players must place a bet with the following conditions:

How to Claim

• Eligible payment methods for this offer: Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay.
• During your first deposit, apply the promo code BN10 in the appropriate field in the Cashier section (the code must be entered manually).
• To locate your offer, click on the “Gift” icon at the top right of the screen and open “New Offers”. The bonus will also show as “Sleeping” in the sportsbook until activated.
• After making a qualifying deposit, place your eligible bet. Before completing it, make sure the “Qualify for bonus” switch in your betslip is turned ON.
• Once a valid bet has been placed, your Free Bet will automatically become visible in your sportsbook account as “Active”, ready to use in your betslip.
• If your Free Bet isn’t credited after the qualifying wager settles, please get in touch with Customer Support before placing any additional bets so the issue can be promptly reviewed.

About the Free Bet

• The Free Bet must be used on an ACCA or Bet Builder with at least 2 selections and a minimum combined odd of 6/4 (2.5).
• The Free Bet is single-use only and cannot be divided or split into smaller wagers.
• It cannot be used on system bets, horse racing, greyhound, or virtual sports markets, nor on void bets or price boosts.
• The maximum winnings that can be converted to cash from Free Bet returns are £100.
• The Free Bet is valid for 7 days from the moment it is credited. Any unused Free Bets after this period will automatically expire and be removed.

General Terms

• Neither the qualifying bet stake nor the Free Bet stake can be cashed out; only resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Free Bets are non-refundable, and the stake itself is not included in any returns.
  Example: A £10 Free Bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) will yield a return of £30. The £10 Free Bet stake is then deducted, and £20 is credited to the player’s balance.
• Free Bets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for cash.
• If a Free Bet is placed on a selection that later becomes void, the Free Bet will be forfeited.
• If a withdrawal request is made while a bonus is active, all active bonuses will be cancelled and removed automatically.
• Once a promotion has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled from your account menu. However, players may request cancellation at any time through Customer Support. Doing so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• The offer is limited to one per player, and also restricted to one per household, device, or IP address.
• Expired or cancelled Free Bets will not be reinstated or replaced, and no cash alternative will be provided.
• The operator reserves the right to withhold any Free Bet if bonus abuse or violation of these terms is suspected.

Player Rights

• This offer cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Any player who participates in this offer (or other promotions on Betnero) retains the right to withdraw:
  • Their initial deposited amount, or
  • Any remaining funds from that deposit, or
  • The winnings earned with that deposit.
