Bonus Generic Terms

1. The bonus can only be used on a selection of games and playing them will only contribute towards the promotion’s targets and/or wagering requirements.
2. The bonus will be credited to the bonus balance. The qualifying Deposit amount (£20) + Bonus (£20) amount needs to be wagered ten times (10x) before any winnings can be withdrawn from the Bonus balance. Total wagering amount = £400 (£40x10).
3. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
4. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
5. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
6. The minimum deposit to receive full available bonus = £20. If you deposit more in a single transaction or series of transactions, any wagers made on eligible games using these funds, will also contribute to the wagering requirement. Once your cash balance has been exhausted, or you place a wager which is greater than your cash balance, you will start to place wagers using your £20 bonus balance.

**Low risk bets on Roulette games:

1. No minimal risk wagering, such as betting both Red and Black on Roulette, will contribute towards any part of a promotion, including Bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their Bonuses or cash prizes risk forfeiting their Bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings.
2. Players have 30 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
3. Once you have claimed this Bonus, you will only be permitted to withdraw any winnings contained in your Bonus Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been met.
4. Maximum amount that can be converted from bonus to cash is £2,000.

14. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
