Significant Conditions

1. Boost your odds on Bet Builders of 3+ selections at odds of 3/1 or bigger on selected NFL matches, up to a £20 stake.
2. The promotion runs from 00:01 (UK time) on Thursday 4th September 2025 to 23:59 (UK time) on Sunday 4th January 2026 (the promotion period).
3. Bet Builder Winnings Boosts will be made available no later than 00:01 on the day the eligible game is scheduled, until the game starts.
4. The promotion is only available on pre-match singles on Bet Builders of selected advertised NFL matches, made of 3 or more selections at odds of 3/1 or bigger (the promotion markets).
5. Place a stake of a maximum of £20 (the maximum stake), from your main balance online via the William Hill website (williamhill.com) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app, to opt into the promotion during the promotion period.
6. Any ‘cash out’ value of the bet will be calculated at the original price of the bet, not the boosted price.
7. Winnings Boosts will be a minimum of 25% up to a maximum of 50% boost on the relevant odds (determined at William Hill’s sole discretion).
8. Winnings Boosts can only be redeemed on the promotion markets.
9. Winnings Boosts are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
10. The full value of the boost should be redeemed in one stake. Any portion of the boost that is not staked will be voided. Boosts can only be used once per match.
11. Winnings Boosts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers such as Price Boosts or Epic Boosts.
12. Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with a Boost (whether for the full amount or a portion of the stake).

Qualifying

1. This offer is only available to new and eligible customers. You can see a full list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section on mobile or the Promotions section on desktop. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.
2. This offer applies to pre-game single and multiple bets on the Money Line (2-Way) or the Match Result (3-Way) market for any game in the NFL, up to and including Super Bowl LX on 08/02/2026.
3. For single bets, your bet will be paid out in full if the team you back goes ahead by 17 points at any stage of the game regardless of the final result.
4. For multiple bets, the selection(s) will be marked as won within My Bets, with the bet left to run on the remaining selection(s). Within the History section, if a selection goes 17 points ahead, but does not go on to win the game, it will display as lost but is treated as a winner under the terms of this Early Payout.
5. We will aim to settle all qualifying bets and have funds credited into your account within 15 minutes of your selection going 17 points ahead.

Restrictions

1. This offer does not apply to bets placed on the Tie selection in each game.
2. Bets placed on pre-season, exhibition or Pro Bowl games as well as selections within Parlay Cards do not count for this offer.
3. This offer will not apply where a bet has been Cashed Out.
4. If your bet is paid out early in accordance with this offer it will not be paid out again if your selection goes on to win the game.

General

1. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions.

What can I win?

When will I get my prize?

• Prizes for a game round will be credited the following day by 11 a.m, however this may be subject to certain delays where the prize won is over £10,000 and additional customer verification may be required.
• Prizes are paid out in cash.

What else do I need to know?

• Paddy Power reserves the right to suspend or disable ‘Paddy Power NFL Showdown’ at any time. Any such suspension will not impact customers who are already taking part in the game.
• Final leaderboard and prize positions are determined after the final regular season round between 1st-5th January 2026

Winners and Entrants Verification

• To prevent fraud, prior to paying any winnings to entrants, we may require that such entrants submit certain documentation to us to, among other things, verify their identity. The payment of any winnings is conditional on the entrant submitting such documentation to our reasonable satisfaction.

• Failure to provide such satisfactory verification in a timely manner may result in a delay in the delivery of the prize. Failure to provide such satisfactory verification altogether may result in forfeiture of the prize.

If the winning entrant is, for whatever reason:

• not able to accept a prize;
• not able to verify their registration information to the satisfaction of Paddy Power; or
• found to have breached these Terms and Conditions by Paddy Power

then the entrant will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
