Entry Conditions and Bonus Details 

1. This promotion is only available to selected customers aged 18 (eighteen) years and over who are a resident in the UK & Republic of Ireland.
2. To be eligible for this promotion you must opt in during the “opt-in period” as defined in clause 8 of these terms and conditions and place a cash win or each way bet on any race at the Cheltenham festival (“Qualifying Bet”).
3. If your Qualifying Bet places second, we will credit the value of up to £/€10 in Tote Credit, redeemable against any UK racing pool bets. See clauses 16 to 22 (inclusive) for further details on Tote Credit.
4. In circumstances where a bet is part funded by Tote Credit only the cash part of the bet will contribute towards qualification. For example, a £2 bet that is split £1 Tote Credit and £1 Cash only the £1 cash would contribute towards qualification.
5. This offer only applies to your first win or win part of an each way bet on racing pools markets only during the Cheltenham Festival.  Bets placed on any additional markets such as Price Boosts or multiple bets will not qualify.
6. If more than one bet is placed at the same time in one betslip, the offer applies to the bet with the lowest bet receipt number (which will be allocated to the first bet added to your betslip). This can be checked in the open bets section.
7. In the event of a dead heat, qualifying stakes on a selection will be divided by the number of runners involved in the dead heat.
8. To participate in the promotion, you must opt-in by the scheduled race start time. Any opt in after this time will not be counted. To opt in, click the ‘Opt In’ button on the Tote website promotions page “https://tote.co.uk/promotions/...". The ‘Opt In’ option above the button will change to ‘You have Opted In’.
9. The “opt in period” runs from 09:00 Monday 3rd March to 17:20 13th March 2025.
10. If fewer than five runners come under starters orders, Tote.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw the offer without prior notice.
11. For the avoidance of doubt any bet that qualifies for the welcome offer will not qualify for this promotion.
12. The maximum refund per Qualifying Bet per customer is £/€10 Tote Credit.  For the avoidance of doubt, if customers place Qualifying Bets on all eligible races in one day, they may receive up to £/€70 in Tote Credit for that day.
13. Tote Credit refunds will be credited within 24 hours of settlement of the qualifying bet.
14. This offer is limited to one per customer. In the event of a customer opening more than one account we reserve the right to suspend and close any duplicate accounts and make void any bets placed.
15. Tote reserves the right to withhold the benefit of this promotion where Tote reasonably believes that such a customer is abusing or defrauding the system or acting in breach of the Tote Terms and Conditions. 
    
    Tote Credit
16. Tote Credit is subject to a 7-day expiry from the date that it is credited to your Account and can neither be withdrawn, exchanged nor substituted for cash, whether in part or in full.
17. Although Tote Credit cannot be withdrawn, any winnings derived from bets placed with Tote Credit can be withdrawn. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tote Credit element of a stake is non-returnable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
18. Tote Credit for the purpose of this promotion can only be redeemed on UK or Irish racing pool bets.
19. Tote Credit cannot be redeemed against any other product or market, including fixed odds markets (Sportsbook), Ten to Follow, Virtuals or Games.
20. Tote Credit stakes cannot be used to qualify for any another Tote promotion or offers.

21. This promotion is available to customers placing wagers via the Tote Placepot app, Tote.co.uk and Tote.ie
22. As stated in the Tote Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of a promotion or withdraw any promotion or offer at any time at our reasonable discretion on prior notice to you wherever possible. 23. TDCO Limited may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
24. We cannot accept liability for any lost, incomplete, indecipherable, or delayed entries caused by technical factors beyond our reasonable control.
25. These terms and conditions are additional to and operate in conjunction with the Tote Terms and Conditions. Defined terms in the Tote Terms and Conditions shall apply in these terms and conditions, unless otherwise defined.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion (a welcome offer) is only available to individuals aged 18 (eighteen) years and over who are resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland and may only be redeemed once per individual customer.

2. Only one type of welcome offer can be redeemed per customer across the range we offer or might offer from time to time.

3. This promotion is available to all customers (who have not already claimed an alternative welcome offer) making their first bet of £/€10 or more at odds of 1/1 (2.0) or greater on either sportsbook markets or racing pools within 7 days of registration of a Tote customer Account on the Tote.co.uk or Tote.ie websites or official Tote app (excluding bets placed on events located in the virtual or games section of the website or official Tote app), such bet is defined as a “Qualifying Bet” in these terms.

4. Once your Qualifying Bet is settled (see clause 11 for further details on qualifying Tote bets), customers will receive £/€20 in Tote Credit, redeemable against all horse racing bets and £/€10 Free Sports Bets available on the Tote.co.uk and Tote.ie websites, which will all be credited to your Account within 48 hours.

5. Qualifying requirements must be completed within 7 days of opening your Account.

6. The maximum Tote Credit is £/€20, so if, for example, your Qualifying Bet is £/€50, you will be credited £/€20 in Tote Credit within 48 hours of bet settlement. See clauses 16 to 20 (inclusive) for further details on Tote Credit.

7. The maximum sports bet credit is £/€10, so if, for example, your Qualifying Bet is £/€50, you will be credited £/€10 in Free Bets within 48 hours of bet settlement. See clauses 20 to 24 (inclusive) for further details on Free Bets.

8. Only your first horse racing bet, or sports bet with us will count towards this offer. Any subsequent bets will not be eligible.

9. Only the value of your Qualifying Bet will count towards this offer. The value of any subsequent bets will not contribute towards the value of your Tote Credit, Free Bet or Free Spins.

10. For the purposes of this promotion, any sportsbook bet will count as a Qualifying Bet, but only the following racing bet types will count: Toteexacta, Totetrifecta, Toteswinger, Totejackpot, Toteplacepot, Toteplacepot7, Totequadpot, Totescoop6, Totewin, Toteplace. All other bets including virtual or games will not count.

11. In circumstances where more than one bet is placed on the same bet slip, the Qualifying Bet is the first bet added to that bet slip. Totewin and Toteplace are classed as 2 separate bets. By way of example, in the case of a £/€5 Totewin bet and £/€5 Toteplace bet being struck together in the customer’s first betting transaction, only the £/€5 Totewin bet will qualify towards the promotion.

12. Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions, we will credit your Account (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is defined in the Tote Terms and Conditions) after your first Tote bet is settled.

13. This offer is limited to one per customer. In the event of a customer opening more than one account to claim multiple registration offers, or claiming an offer on duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend and close any duplicate accounts and make void any bets placed.

14. Tote reserves the right to withhold the benefit of this promotion where Tote reasonably believes that such a customer is abusing or defrauding the system or acting in breach of the Tote Terms and Conditions.
    
    Tote Credit

15. Tote Credit is subject to a 7-day expiry from the date that it is credited to your Account and can neither be withdrawn, exchanged nor substituted for cash, whether in part or in full.

    Free Bet

20. Your Free Bet must be used within 7 -days of it being credited to your Account, otherwise it will expire.

21. Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

22. Your Free Bet must be wagered as a single bet on any sportsbook market.

23. Please note that the value of your Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.

24. Your Free Bet will not be returned if your Free Bet wager becomes void.
