Ireland take on the Pumas of Argentina on Friday night, with a hard-fought contest expected.

In the first contest since the win in South Africa, Ireland lost 23-13 to New Zealand as their 18-game unbeaten run at home ended, thanks to Damian McKenzie kicking six penalties.

Ireland won the previous meeting between the nations, 53-7 back in 2021

Argentina began their European tour with a straightforward win over Italy, powering to a 50-18 and running in seven tries. The Pumas have beaten Australia, France, New Zealand and South Africa this year alone and will fancy their chances of upsetting the odds in Dublin.
