Money Back as a Free Bet if your horse loses (“Offer”) Rules

1.    Who can take part? 

●   You may take part in our Offer if you’re, 18 years of age or older, a registered Virgin Bet Member and physically located in the United Kingdom.

●      Please remember, you can’t participate in this Offer if you’re subject to any responsible gambling restriction that makes you unable to take part in this Offer.

2.    How does it work? 

●   During the Offer Period,

• log-in to your Account to see the Free Bet value you will receive when participating in this Offer (between £1- £20);
• New Members who register as Members between 4 March 2025 and 14:00 14 March 2025, shall receive a free bet of up to £10; and
• place a single main market cash bet of up to your maximum value (available on log in) on the Selected Race winner excluding antepost and specials, and only the “win” part of an each-way bet will count, that then goes on to lose (aka a “Qualifying Bet”).

●      The Offer Period: 48 hours before the scheduled race start time

●      The Selected Race(s) that qualifies for this offer is/are:

3.    What happens if I qualify?

• If you’re eligible to take part in this offer and place a Qualifying Bet, you’ll be awarded a Free Bet (in the form of a Free Bet Token) between £1 - £20 if your Qualifying Bet loses, which we’ll credit directly to your Account within 24 hours of qualifying but please allow up to 48 hours.​ ​
• Remember to use your Free Bet Token within 7 days or it will expire.

 4.     What can I do with the Free Bet Token? 

●   You can only use the Free Bet Token on any sportsbook market to place a single selection or accumulator bet, of the same value as the Free Bet Token, and with odds of 1/100 or greater.

●      The Free Bet Token can't be:

○      used on each-way, multiples, forecasts or tricast bets,

○      withdrawn as cash,

○      used to claim a Bonus, or

○      used with any other Free Bet Token or cash bet.

●      The Free Bet Token will not be returned as a stake on a winning bet.

5.    What else do I need to know?

●

Pop-up Notification: The pop up will usually be displayed within 1 hour of the placement of your Qualifying Bet, but it may take up to 2 hours.

●      Only your first Qualifying Bet will count towards this Offer.

●      Any cancelled, voided or cashed-out bets will not qualify for this Offer.

6.     The other important Legal bits

●   If you opt to participate in this Offer, your participation in this Offer is subject to compliance with these Offer Rules, the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions at all times.

●   If any of the above Rules and the T&Cs are in conflict, the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions will take priority, followed by the Offer Rules and lastly, the Bonus Rules.

●     This Offer can’t be used in conjunction with any other Virgin Bet promotion or bonus offer.

●  Where a restriction is applied to your Account under the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions or your eligibility to receive the Bonus offered as part of this Offer is otherwise reduced by us under the Bonus Rules (an “Account Restriction”) after you have placed a Qualifying Bet (where placed before we have notified you of the Account Restriction), you may contact our Customer Service Team to obtain the full number and expected value of any Bonus that you should have been awarded under this  Offer, where altered or removed by such Account Restriction. This term is subject to our obligations to apply restrictions to Bonuses as necessary to prevent money laundering, fraud or similar unlawful behaviour, or as required by law or regulation as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.

●   Any Member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the Offer Period, or (ii) during the Offer Period but before any Bonus is credited, will not be eligible to receive any Bonus.

●  Your deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable Bonuses such as Free Bet Token/s) and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this Offer, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in the Virgin Bet  Terms and Conditions.

●

If (based on reasonable evidence) we find that you have seriously breached any of these terms, we may render Bonuses, bets, refunds and/or related winnings in your Account void, and we reserve the right to close your Account.

●      Any terms not defined in these Offer Rules shall be given the same meaning as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
