NEObet no longer features esports in Germany due to regulations.

There is more to be desired from NEObet on the user experience front.

The top list of sports isn’t easy to scroll through and I don’t like having to click on small arrows to see the sports.

Some text also cannot be read as it doesn’t fit the boxes it’s in and as I said at the beginning of this review, some English pages are not the same as their German counterparts and have missing or incorrect information.

The team should take a look and polish these small problems, to reflect the quality of the otherwise great product they have created!

NEObet allows users to bet on live events and frequently boosts odds during the games. The live betting feature is supported by a small screen showing the game as an animation, so you can follow all the action on the playing field.

NEObet’s customer support is offered in live chat and email form. I opted for the live chat, as I wanted a quick response and didn’t have to leave my PC any time soon.

Here is my experience of how it went:

I joined the live chat queue at 13:31 and waited about 7 minutes for live chat support to respond.

Once they did, I quickly received an answer to my question. I asked why there were repeating Visa and Mastercard payment options on the payment methods page and whether PayPal is accepted and the agent showed me the correct page but in German.

Apparently, the English page is not finished yet, but that is okay because this review covers the correct details entailing the payment methods available on NEObet.
