Unfortunately, the absence of a live chat feature and a telephone number creates the impression that Tipwin is stuck in a time warp from a decade ago and is lagging behind in terms of support innovation.

During my experience with Tipwin's customer service, I encountered a waiting period of only 5 minutes before receiving a response to my inquiry. Once connected, my question was adequately addressed, indicating that while the mode of communication may be dated, the quality of support is extremely satisfactory.
